Being a responsible mother is not accidental. It is a product well prepared by diligence and hardwork. Some mothers are too irresponsible and hope to raise responsible children, it is not possible. Who is a responsible mother. The life you live today determines the kind of mother you will be tomorrow. (1) is she who committed to keep. Treat his spouse with neutral respects (2) is she who provides guidance and good values for her children (3) who acts as good role model for her children to follow. 2nd Cor. 12:14. It is not easy to be a responsible mother that’s why we should watch. Watch attitude, character, conduct etc. We shall consider the following sub-headings
PERSONAL TRACE AGAINST IRRESPONSIBLE FUTURE
Galatians 6:1-8, Romans 1:28-31, Judges 11:1-13. The life you live today marks whether you will be responsible or not. When you do not find out some wicked and bad character in you what will you do. You must uproot them from the tap root, there are some behaviour that when you grow up with, without dealing with them, it will affect your future home. Remember that whatsoever you sow that you will reap.
PLANTING THE SEED OF A RESPONSIBLE MOTHER
Jeremiah 1:10, Luke 18:9. For you to plant you must uproot something so that there will be a change. Before you plant something in the farm you must clear the bush. There are some habits you need to destroy, pullout, throw down and things you need o build and plant. To plant we need:
* Early salvation like Timothy
* You must obey the word of God from time to time
* Submission to parental upbringing in the way of the Lord. Eph. 6:1-3
* Constant fellowship with the children of God
* Care and compassion for your parent, siblings and others
* Selflessness to help others
* Good manners and control temperament
* Spiritual lamp of holiness should be built and good conscience
* Proper financial management. Uproot wastefulness and learn how to save
* Have consideration mind and support your parent
* You must be purged. Hebrews 9:14
* You must be polished. Psalm 144:12
* You must be purified. 1st Peter 1:18-19
* You must be purposed and prepared. Daniel 1:8
* Patiently wait in faith. James 5:7
* Praise God for answers prayer. Psalm 34:16
PROFIT OF BEING A RESPONSIBLE AND FUTURE MOTHER
Proverbs 31:10-28. When you are responsible there `are a lot of profits. Some of the profits are:
* There will be trust, confidence and peace at home
* There will be happy and restful life in future
* There will be success in all your endeavours
* There will be progress and prosperity
* There will be respect for you, you will also live long
A responsible life is a product of godly life.
