OUTSTANDING EXPLOIT OF AN ADDICTED LOVER OF GOD

TEXT: DEUTRONOMY 6: 5, I KINGS 3:3, PSALM 42:1

The Bible and history records men who did exploit in their life time; they were ordinary men with supernatural and outstanding results in different areas of life. They didn’t only impact their world, but their legacy echoes in eternity. Their names entered heaven’s hall of fame by their exploit; men like David, Daniel, Joseph, Esther, Paul and even our Daddy G.O in contemporary times have wrought great works in the kingdom of and for humanity. All these were accomplished by the force of love.
Today, we shall be considering, how a burning love for God makes giants out of mere men, through-out history only addicted lovers of God have been marked with extra-ordinary exploit; David, a man after God’s heart enjoyed the fellowship and encounters that make men a wonder_ As king, he was a giant-slayer & a warrior, a priest/prophet, a musician and crowned with the honour of being in the genealogy of Christ.
We shall consider the following sub-title for better understanding of the message.

POINT 1: THE MESSAGE EXPLAINED AND THE BENEFIT

Every investment in love produces outstanding results, when the flame of God’s love is ignited in the heart of a man; he assumes command and do the impossible. Love in our context is a life-style that is sold over to God, a life that put God first in all things. The deeper our love for God, the higher we are lifted into the realms of transformation; a love that put the Father’s business first and as a priority (Luke 10:27, Mathew 6:33).  A man can’t truly give his heart to God and not make impact on earth, great things happen to those who truly give their heart to God.  (I Corinthians 2:9, IJohn 4:16-17) The love of God turns a believer into a wonder to our world; it connects a believer to Divinity and grants access to the virtues of the Supernatural, the force of love ensures unlimited flight to great heights and outstanding exploit. (I John 5:3) Loving what God loves and hating what He hate; in turn opens up the addicted lover of God to supernatural breakthrough (Romans 13:10, Deuteronomy 28:1). A true lover of God is a trail-blazer and immune to failure in life (I Corinthians 13:1).

POINT 2: BIBLICAL PROVES OF LOVE, THEIR EXPLOITE AND OUR RESPONSE

1John 3:18, 4:20The scriptures testifies of men who rose to great heights through the force of Love, they became generational blessing, rose to prominence and enjoyed heavenly backing because they gave their heart and all to God: the following are examples of men whose heart were burning with love for God.
1.   Abraham (His love for God was demonstrated in absolute and prompt obedience to God) – Genesis 12:1-4, 24:1. He became a friend of God and a generational blessing.
2.   David’s Love for God is depicted by His service, giving and reverence for the house of God (Psalm 119:97,122:1, I Chronicles 29:3,10). He became a Man after God’s own heart and till date his dominion is still celebrated.
3. Solomon by his love and sacrifice he moved God to bestow upon him the gift of wisdom and riches and no man have attained that status till date (I kings 3:3, 4:29).
4. The three (3) Hebrew Children (Daniel 3:14-28)_Their love for God, made them stood firm, defiled the orders of the King and willingly went to the fiery burning furnace. Through them revival broke out in Babylon and double honour bestowed on them
From the above we realize that every addicted lover is an envy of all generation; their lives proves that the surest way to exploit is by giving God all our heart and loving him with all our soul by so doing we access the supernatural provisions available for addicted and true livers of God.
