When God was dealing with Saul who later became Paul {the great apostles}, there was a hidden disciple called Ananias, whom the Lord spotted. He was a vessel of honour for the Lord to use at that material time, Act 9:1-10. Indeed, the Lord used him to open the eyes of Saul the great apostles and commissioned him into soul winning and he did wonderful exploits, 2Tim. 4:6-8. In the same way, the Lord is dealing with many souls around us and He is searching for the likes Ananias He will use to open their eyes and commission them.

For better understanding of the message we shall consider the following sub – heading

Saul was a zealous religious man who out of ignorance was persecuting the church of Christ, Act 8:1-3. When the Lord arrested him and started dealing with him he was on a mission to Damascus to persecute the church, Act 9:1-9. In the same manner, the Lord is arresting with many religious men, woman and pagans today with all kinds of problems in order to save them, because many of them are blind, living in ignorance and are still claiming to be righteous, yet without Christ or salvation. As a result of this, our God is searching for the righteous, committed, consecrated, available believers, who heavenly-minded and with the knowledge of the scriptures to open their eyes and direct the likes of Saul into His kingdom {salvation} and mission, Act 9:10-20.

The likes of Ananias are usually few and hidden. Those who are truly born again, righteous, humble, committed and consecrated are few. Those who know the valve of soul’s and will not misdirect the invaluable (priceless) souls to hellfire by their evil lifestyle are few. Believer with good knowledge of the scriptures, the mind of God and what to do with souls, i.e. how to open their eyes to the knowledge of the Christ and their ministry or mission for Christ are usually few, Act 9:13-20, Mark 16:15. So, as we study and responses to the Lord like Ananias, He will use us mightily and bless us in Jesus name, 2Tim. 4:6-8, 2Tim.2:15, Isa. 6:8.
