YOUR ENEMY WILL MAKE MISTAKE THAT WILL KILL THEM

TEXT: Acts 12:21-23 "And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them. And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man. And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost." Read: 1 Samuel 25:38

Herod made himself an enemy to the children of God, the apostles .in Act 12:12, he killed James and unbelievers were rejoicing and so he put forth his hand again and arrested Peter (the chief apostle) intending to kill him the way he killed James but he did not know that he has dug his own grave.

I don’t know who is pursuing after you, making charms or taking your name to shrines, plotting one evil or the other against, whatever thing they have done against you will go back to the sender. God says He will fight you and you will hold your peace. Your pursuers will kill themselves.

As Herod could not succeed in killing Peter, your enemy will not succeed in his evil plans against you. What you need is to serve God committedly and he will be a defense for you. He will fight every battle for you and bring down every Goliath confronting you. As a chosen, you have nothing to fear because you God is the Almighty God. He is the omnipotent Jehovah, the man of war, the captain and commander of the host in the wilderness. He will vanquish your enemies for you. He will give your enemies puzzles that will cause them to make a mistake.

God allows Herod to make that oration that fateful day and in the course of it. He made a mistake by taking the glory that belongs to God. Quickly God sent worms to eat him up. And so, a whole king Herod was eaten by worms, our God is awesome. So shall your enemy be eaten up by worms.
Remember, God killed him because he touched the apple of the Lord’s eyes, Peter.
Today, you are that Peter and any evil man or woman that will do any against you shall die for it. Today God will avenge for you against your enemies and they will kill themselves just like the 3 nations that came out against Jehoshaphat in  (2 Chronicles 20:23).

Prayer Points:
*Make a list of your perceived enemies, ask God to arise and confront them.
