INCREASE YOUR SPIRITUAL ALERTNESS

"For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds" (2 Corinthians 10:3-4). Read: Ephesians 6:13-14

Spiritual power is very essential to any Christian because it gives one the enablement to discern between the evil and good spirit. One who has the spirit of discernment will be able to determine the spirit that ministers to him whether it is of God or of the devil. It is only when one is spiritually at alert that he is able to discern. One can increase his spiritual by coming close to God through prayers, constant reading and meditating on the word of God and faithfully committing your life into God's hand. One can pray to ask God to give him the spirit of discernment. You can equally ask God to fill you with His spirit so that He, God will lead you at all the times. 

Constant prayer both quiet and warfare prayer will help you bring yourself closer to God. The Bible says in 1 Timothy 1:18 "This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;"  The constant warfare prayer will always make you be at alert spiritually. The devil will not like to hear your name, you will continue to ward off the devil and his agents. Spiritual activities such as fasting and praying and asking for more you engage yourself in the things of God, the more you encounter challenges and the more you become spiritually at alert. 

There are benefits of being in spirit as God will speak to you and you hear. You will be able to pray according to the will of God because He ministers to you.

in all your understanding continue to ask God to increase your spiritual alertness, it is through it you will effectively fight the devil and deliver yourself from deceit of the agents of kingdom of darkness.

" Pray that God will endow His spirit upon your life to enable you hear from Him always.

" Ask God to lead you in all your actions so that you will not make spiritual mistake.
