WALK IN AGREEMENT WITH GOD

 Memorise: "Hear this word that the LORD hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypi, saying, 2 You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities. 3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?"(Amos 3:3) 

Many life's pursuits have failed to yield the desired results because those involved in them failed to work in agreement with one another. When this happens, there are always accusations and counter-accusations which make the relationship unworkable because the roles were not clearly spelt out. Two people can hardly work together in harmony except they agree in principle on how their union, relationship, goals and aspirations will work. n this case, they must have the same objectives/goals and aspirations towards their endeavour and agree on a common ground regarding how to achieve their purpose. Without this, they are bound to be on collision course with each other on matters relating to the accomplishment of those goals.

Regarding our relationship with God, it still follows the same process. He is our Creator and we must walk in agreement with Him if we are to have a harmonious relationship with Him, in which case, we shall serve Him in spirit and in truth and He in turn Will bless us abundantly, protect us, take away sicknesses and diseases from us, give us long life and ensure our eternity at the end of this life, without which, we stand the chance of missing out on His blessings, protection and provision and then end up in hell fire.

If your desire today is to become a partaker of God's abundant blessings, the only option available to you is to walk in total obedience to His commandments. That is why our text for today highlights the need to serve God in spirit and in truth and He in turn will bless our bread and water (Exodus 23:25-26). Are you really serving Him the way you ought to? This is something you must sit down and analyze. If you are not doing so, then you have to do the needful so that you can become a beneficiary of His abundant blessings in this month and beyond.

PRAYER POINTS:

1: O Lord God my Father, give me the enabling grace to walk in agreement with your commandments, in Jesus name. 

2: According to your promise in the book of Exodus 23:25-26. bless my bread and water, take away sicknesses and uproot any type of barrenness out of my life, in Jesus name.

3: O God, uproot any distraction programmed against our G. O and Mummy in the Lord and cause them to remain in agreement with your mandate upon their lives, in Jesus name.
