DELIVERED FROM THE THE HANDS OF DREADFUL KIDNAPPERS
FOLLOW THE INTERVIEW WITH BROTHER AMOS JOHN
INFORMANT: Good morning, I am from the youth information department (Y.I.D), and I want you to kindly share your testimony with me. Please introduce yourself.
RESPONSE: My name is Brother Amos John. I joined chosen in the year 2006 and I worship in the headquarters.
INFORMANT: Can you kindly share your testimony with us
RESPONSE: My testimony Goes thus. I went to buy some foodstuffs at ijesha market, while I was buying, a car parked beside me and the men inside the car urged me to come which I obligated to. I left what I was doing and went to meet them. they told me that they were SARS OFFICERS, showing me their I.D card and instructed me to get into the car. As I tried to argue with them, one of them slapped me and I was forced inside, on entering the car, I met two other people inside, I asked them what their offense was, they replied that they did nothing and they were also picked on the road. I asked one of the officers where they were taking us to he replied we were driven to the police station to write a statement. The journey to the police station was very long and when I asked them again where we were going, they replied that we were going to the station but they want to pick up more criminals on the road, I told them that am not a criminal. it was at this point I realized we were no longer in Lagos. Again, I asked the officer where we were going to, he told me we were almost there. After a while, we got to the building but it wasn't a police station. they then locked the three of us in the security host in that building and told us to wait for the C.S.O ( Chief Security Officer).
after a while, they came to get the first person and knock him away. when they come for the second person, I fell into a trance and saw THE ANGEL OF OUR PASTOR who told me to declare who I was that A CLOSED MOUTH IS A CLOSED DESTINY. It was at this point I woke up and declared who I was, saying "I AM A CHOSEN 3X, ASKING THEM "WHO ARE YOU". Immediately I made that declaration their leader then instructed them to carry me out that I was a 'BARRIER to them, they brought me back to where they took me at Ijesha. that was how God delivered me from the hands of kidnappers.
INFORMANT: WOW! thank God. you said you were arrested when you went to get foodstuffs, were people not there at the point of your arrest?
RESPONSE: People where there, some even ran away because they thought they were SARS.
INFORMANT: Were you in your normal state when entering into the vehicle?
RESPONSE: Yes, I was conscious and I knew what I was doing.
INFORMANT: What advice can you give to all the youth.
RESPONSE: My advice to them is for them to BE A CHOSEN.
