GODS GIFT IS IN YOU.
"Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. [2] Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. [3] Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. [4] Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. [5] Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. [6] Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord."
Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; 7 or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching ; 8 or he that exhorteth, on exhortation : he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.( Roman 12:6-8).
We have different gifts from God and whatever we have received; we are expected to use them judiciously. Some have the gift of prophecy, teaching, exhortation, giving, and leadership and so on. You must therefore be very careful not to lose any of the gifts that God has bestowed upon you because they are given to you for the edification of the church. You must endeavor to guard them jealously and occupy in them till the coming of our master Jesus Christ. Remember, those who occupied profitably with the gifts given to them were rewarded while those who wasted their own were punished.
What is or are the gifts that God has given you? And what have you made of them. Do not forget: you will account for them. But always have it in mind: you must make effective use of the gifts that have been bestowed upon you.
PRAYER POINTS.
1. Any gift of God upon my life, I command you to manifest by fire, in Jesus name.
2. Any of my gifts lying fallow or covered or being sat upon, come out by fire, in Jesus name.
3. O God, help me to be zealous and committed to the work entrusted into my hands, in Jesus name.
4. Every spiritual retardation upon my life( spiritual dwarf); give way growth, in Jesus name.
